Milan-based hlpy Raises €20 Million and Acquires Carvoilà
With €45 million in total funding now secured, the Italian mobility platform hlpy is expanding its reach into vehicle logistics. The company announced a €20 million investment round today, coinciding with the full acquisition of transport specialist Carvoilà and the entry of BNP Paribas BNL Equity Investments into its shareholder structure.

The deal marks a strategic pivot for the Milan-based scale-up, which aims to transition from a digital assistance provider into an integrated ecosystem for automotive services. By absorbing Carvoilà, hlpy gains direct access to vehicle transportation and logistics infrastructure, a move designed to support its goal of exceeding €100 million in recurring annual revenue by 2027.
Carvoilà founders Francesca Vidali and Michela Conti will join the hlpy Group to oversee the integration of their logistics expertise into the existing AI-driven platform. Valerio Chiaronzi, CEO of hlpy, noted that the capital injection will accelerate both organic expansion and future acquisition efforts across the European market. Lorenzo Langella, the head of BNP Paribas BNL Equity Investments, characterized the move as a long-term partnership with a high-growth player in the automotive technology sector.
