Data center operators face a persistent disconnect between physical assets and logical management systems, often relying on static spreadsheets to track complex, high-density environments. vHive is now targeting this visibility gap, deploying its WorldTwin AI technology to bridge the divide between server racks and digital inventory databases.
The company, known for digitizing over 120,000 critical infrastructure assets across the telecommunications and renewable energy sectors, intends to automate the capture of facility data. By utilizing off-the-shelf cameras and autonomous technology, the software constructs intelligent digital twins that reconcile disparate records with the actual state of the floor. This provides a unified source of truth for both facility managers and co-location tenants.
CEO and Co-Founder Yariv Geller notes that the current inventory visibility gap hinders growth in the AI economy, where infrastructure is in constant flux. The platform allows for the visualization of rack density and the identification of available floor space, effectively accelerating customer onboarding. CTO Tomer Daniel adds that the system supports predictive diagnostics and overlays real-time thermal sensor data onto 3D spatial models. By replacing manual audits with automated, repeatable workflows, vHive aims to mitigate the impact of labor shortages while optimizing power and cooling management in hyperscale environments.
