Innventure Faces Class Action Over Allegedly Misleading Project Claims

The litigation, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, targets the period between November 17, 2025, and August 13, 2026. According to the complaint, Innventure’s SEC filings relied on generic warnings about data center deployment cycles to mask specific, fundamental issues with the DarkNX project. While the company publicly described the initiative as a vertically integrated development, internal records eventually forced the removal of the project from bookings, triggering a 55% share price collapse on August 14, 2026.

Investors who purchased shares during the class period are eligible to participate in the action, which names the company and executives Gregory William Haskell and David Yablunosky as defendants. The firm Levi & Korsinsky, LLP is representing the plaintiffs, citing the company’s failure to disclose that the DarkNX site was nonexistent and that the associated revenue targets were ungrounded. Lead plaintiff applications must be submitted by October 27, 2026.
