Warren Jenson Joins Sierra Space Board to Lead Audit Committee
A veteran executive with a resume spanning Amazon, Delta Airlines, and NBC is stepping into the boardroom at Sierra Space. Warren Jenson, currently the CFO at Polymarket, will chair the company’s audit committee, bringing three decades of financial oversight experience to the defense-tech firm’s leadership team.
Sierra Space founder Fatih Ozmen highlighted Jenson’s cross-industry background as a critical asset for the company’s ongoing transition. Jenson has a history of scaling complex organizations, having held senior executive roles at Electronic Arts, LiveRamp, and Nielsen. His appointment comes as the Colorado-based firm aims to bridge the gap between its technical capabilities and long-term commercial growth.
Beyond his executive history, Jenson brings established governance experience from his current board seats at DigitalOcean, Ripple, and Dropbox, where he also manages audit committees. CEO Dan Jablonsky noted that Jenson’s operational expertise will be utilized to refine the company’s business strategy and support increasingly complex mission requirements. Jenson described the current phase at Sierra Space as a pivotal moment for applying financial discipline to high-growth aerospace operations.
