NACS 2026 to Host Debut of Top 100 C-Store Digital Ecosystem Ranking
A new independent industry benchmark will debut at NACS 2026 in Las Vegas, categorizing the top 100 convenience-store brands based on the cohesion of their digital ecosystems. Developed by the firm ResultStack, the study evaluates how retail infrastructure supports customer experience, AI readiness, and operational efficiency.
The ranking moves beyond individual app features or isolated loyalty programs to assess the broader digital architecture of major retailers. By analyzing how mobile ordering, payment systems, and data platforms connect, the study aims to identify friction points that hinder revenue or inflate costs. The findings serve as a diagnostic tool for executives, highlighting where fragmented technology may prevent the integration of AI-driven automation.
ResultStack, a team comprised of former convenience retail technology leaders, designed the framework to provide retailers with actionable insights rather than simple vanity metrics. During the NACS 2026 event, scheduled for October 7–9 in Las Vegas, participating brands can access private, 15-minute reviews of their performance. These sessions will outline specific areas for infrastructure investment and provide a roadmap for long-term digital competitiveness.
