Saudi Arabia is pivoting from petroleum to high-concept electric mobility, as local startup Ceer debuted its Exobot sedan and SUV this Monday. The Exobot models are slated for a regional market launch in 2027, with the company planning to expand the portfolio to seven distinct vehicles by 2030.
