Ares Technology Drops 'Consultants' in Rebrand to Full-Lifecycle Firm
Rathdrum-based Ares Technology has shed the 'Consultants' suffix from its corporate identity, signaling a transition from a design-focused firm to a comprehensive infrastructure partner. The rebrand introduces a unified service platform titled Advise, Design, Deliver, intended to clarify the company’s expanded scope across mission-critical project lifecycles.
The shift follows a year of rapid internal expansion, including the introduction of operational services in October 2025 and development support in April 2026. According to Chief Infrastructure Officer Jay Brummett, the previous service categories failed to capture the firm’s current capacity to manage projects from initial site strategy through final technical turnover. The new framework consolidates these offerings into three distinct pillars: Advise for early-stage strategy and risk reduction, Design for technical execution, and Deliver for on-site quality assurance and commissioning.
This structural change aims to eliminate client ambiguity regarding the firm’s capabilities. Ares will continue to offer these services as either standalone engagements or as a turnkey package, allowing for modular project involvement. Despite the updated visual identity and website, the company confirmed that existing contracts and legal entities remain unchanged. Founded in 2015 and headquartered near Coeur d'Alene, the firm is positioning its simplified service model to better align with the decision-making workflows of modern infrastructure developers.
