Transflo Secures Woman-Led Culture Award for Third Consecutive Year
For the third year running, Tampa-based logistics technology firm Transflo has secured the Top Workplaces Culture Excellence award in the Woman-Led category. The distinction, determined by confidential employee feedback, highlights the company’s sustained focus on internal organizational health under the guidance of its executive leadership.
The Woman-Led designation specifically honors organizations where the most senior executive is a woman and where a high-performing culture has been demonstrably established. At the center of this achievement is CEO Renee Krug, whose tenure has prioritized a collaborative environment for the company’s workforce. According to Krug, the repeated recognition serves as a testament to the consistency of the team’s values rather than a singular annual milestone.
Energage, the technology partner responsible for administering the survey, emphasized that such awards rely entirely on authentic employee input. Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage, noted that in the current market, the ability for leaders to actively listen to their staff is a critical factor for success. Transflo, which provides AI-powered workflow automation and telematics for the North American transportation industry, currently processes roughly 800 million shipping documents each year, supporting a freight ecosystem valued at approximately $115 billion.
