Dana Webber, CEO of Legacy Distribution, will head the expanded company, while Vision Films founder Lise Romanoff transitions into a consulting role. Romanoff is set to represent the firm at the American Film Market this November. The acquisition integrates a massive catalog of independent films, television series, and documentaries that currently reach audiences in more than 190 countries.

The combined portfolio brings together Legacy’s true-crime and reality programming—including titles like Crime Stories and Restaurant Takeover—with Vision’s diverse library of narrative features and acclaimed documentaries such as Hired Gun and Gandhi. As a primary VOD aggregator, the new entity maintains direct supply lines to major global TVOD, SVOD, and AVOD platforms.

Financial and legal support for the transaction was provided by California Bank & Trust, with The Mager Law Firm and Harris Tulchin & Associates serving as exclusive legal advisors to Legacy and Vision, respectively. Errol Antzis acted as the exclusive investment consultant for the acquisition.
