The event at Epicenter, Malmskillnadsgatan 44A, serves as a platform for President and CEO Kerstin Enochsson and CFO Niclas Sjöswärd to outline the firm's strategic roadmap. Management plans to detail the company's position across passenger and commercial vehicle sectors, alongside its vehicle aftermarket strategy. Presentations will focus on the company's lean operational structure and its long-term financial framework, providing investors with a clearer picture of the business ahead of its expected 1 December 2026 trading debut.

Registration for the event remains open until 3 November 2026, offering both in-person attendance and a live webcast option. This meeting follows the 1 October 2026 resolution by AB SKF’s Extraordinary General Meeting to distribute all shares in the subsidiary, marking the conclusion of a separation process that first began in September 2024.
