Wellness Workdays Opens 2027 Employer Wellness Certification
Boston-based Wellness Workdays has launched its 2027 Best Wellness Employer certification, a no-cost benchmarking tool designed to measure the efficacy of corporate health initiatives. Developed alongside Harvard Medical School experts, the survey aims to validate organizational efforts in supporting employee well-being within a rapidly shifting professional landscape.
The updated assessment tool allows companies of all sizes to evaluate their wellness strategies against established industry standards. Participants receive recognition at the Gold, Silver, Bronze, or Honorable Mention level based on individual merit rather than comparative rankings. According to CEO Debra Wein, the survey refresh prioritizes accessibility and efficiency, ensuring that the metrics remain relevant to modern workplace demands and innovative health support models.
Beyond the free benchmarking survey, organizations may opt for premium services, including individualized feedback reports, physical recognition trophies, and expert consultations. Those earning certification will have the opportunity to be honored at the Emerging Trends in Workplace Wellness Conference on April 8, 2027. Interested employers have until November 20, 2026, to submit their data, providing a window for firms to quantify their commitment to workforce health before year-end.
