OMG Holdings OPC will spearhead the rollout, tasked with adapting the brand’s signature menu—anchored by cooked-to-order steakburgers and frozen custard—to the local market. Andrew Thengvall, Chief Development Officer at Freddy’s, noted that partnering with operators who possess deep regional expertise is critical for the brand’s international ambitions.

Currently operating more than 580 locations across the United States and Canada, the company is actively seeking experienced franchisees to support its expansion into new international territories. This move into the Philippines serves as a test case for the chain’s growth strategy heading into 2027, prioritizing markets where the brand’s hospitality-focused model can be effectively replicated.
