Skanska Secures $138 Million Tech Facility Contract in the U.S.
A fresh injection of $138 million—approximately SEK 1.3 billion—has bolstered Skanska’s U.S. order book for the third quarter of 2026. The Swedish construction giant signed the deal with an existing client to expand work on a high-tech facility, marking another significant infrastructure win in the American market.
Construction at the site has been underway since April 2026. With this additional funding now secured, crews are expected to continue work on the facility through the first quarter of 2028. The project remains part of the company’s broader strategy to maintain its footprint in the U.S. technology sector through repeat business with established partners.
