The project will utilize CGI MAP, a proprietary solution designed to automate and industrialize the modernization process. By leveraging the company's Digital Innovation Centre in France, the ministry aims to streamline its portfolio while meeting stringent government standards for user experience and public digital services. The shift represents a shift toward a product-based approach to IT management, intended to enhance both performance and security across the ministry’s digital ecosystem.

Thierry Deldicque, Deputy Director of the Digital Division at the ministry, cited CGI’s comprehensive proposal as the primary driver for their selection, noting the importance of sustainable development in this transition. Clement Bernard, Senior Vice-President of CGI’s Grand Sud region, added that the partnership addresses the dual pressure government agencies face: modernizing legacy assets while increasing overall value for end-users. The program serves as a cornerstone for the ministry's broader goal of maintaining a high-quality, accessible digital infrastructure for all citizens.
