Dr. David Salehani Adds Morpheus8 to West Hollywood Practice

Board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon David Salehani is expanding his Sunset Oral and Facial Surgery clinic on Sunset Boulevard to include Morpheus8 and radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis. The addition offers patients a non-surgical path to address skin texture, scarring, and mild laxity alongside the practice's existing structural facial procedures.

The Morpheus8 system, developed by InMode, utilizes a dual-action approach by combining microneedling with radiofrequency energy. Tiny needles create controlled channels in the skin, allowing thermal energy to reach up to four millimeters beneath the surface. This process is engineered to trigger collagen production, providing a targeted solution for concerns ranging from fine lines and enlarged pores to surgical scars and stretch marks. While common on the face and neck, the treatment is adaptable to various areas of the body.

Dr. Salehani views the integration of these aesthetic services as a logical progression for a practice focused on facial architecture. Because his background encompasses both dentistry and medicine, he evaluates the interplay between bone, muscle, and skin before determining a treatment plan. For some patients, this might mean a standalone session of Morpheus8; for others, it may involve FaceTite, AccuTite, or a combination of surgical and minimally invasive options. At his West Hollywood facility, Dr. Salehani offers intravenous sedation for the procedure, noting that while temporary redness or swelling is expected, most patients resume their daily activities within forty-eight hours.
