Greeneye Technology Locates North American Headquarters in Salina, Kansas

After a 2026 season that saw farmers achieve 81% average herbicide savings across 500,000 acres, Greeneye Technology is planting its North American headquarters in Salina, Kansas. The move positions the AI-driven spraying firm at the geographic center of the U.S. agricultural market to scale its operations and technical roadmap.

The expansion follows a period of rapid adoption for the company’s computer vision systems, which now support eight distinct crop types ranging from corn and soybeans to wheat and barley. With a weed detection accuracy rate exceeding 98%, the technology allows for a dual-line spray configuration that targets weeds with non-residual chemicals while simultaneously applying residual herbicides. This efficiency resulted in the preservation of six million gallons of chemical across field operations during the last season alone.

CEO Nadav Bocher noted that the market has transitioned from questioning the viability of targeted spraying to actively seeking integration into existing farm operations. By establishing a permanent base in Salina, the company gains proximity to Kansas State University, essential transportation corridors, and the very fields where its equipment is tested. General Manager for North America Keith Crow emphasized that the new facility provides the necessary infrastructure to expand the team and foster deeper ties with regional academic and agricultural communities. Local officials, including Kansas Secretary of Agriculture Mike Beam, welcomed the investment as a strategic reinforcement of the state's status as a hub for agricultural innovation.
