IDX Appoints Adam Holloway as Chief Creative Officer
Adam Holloway, the former creative lead at Emperor, is joining global communications agency IDX this November to oversee brand strategy and creative output across its international hubs. His appointment marks a strategic push to integrate high-level creative thinking into the firm's performance marketing and client-facing operations.

Holloway brings over a decade of experience from his tenure at Emperor, where he directed corporate communications and brand strategy for a diverse portfolio of international clients. At IDX, he will manage creative consistency across the agency’s offices in the U.K., U.S., and India. His remit includes broadening the firm’s capabilities in film, digital content, and brand narrative to simplify complex corporate messaging for global audiences.
This hire follows a period of aggressive expansion for IDX, which has recently bolstered its leadership team with figures including Clare Donald as Chief Production Officer and Danny Russell as Chief Customer Officer. Worldwide CEO Crispin Beale stated that the move aims to place creativity at the inception of client strategy rather than as a secondary production step. By aligning creative talent with the agency’s existing data and insights teams, IDX expects to improve its capacity to solve business challenges through integrated campaigns.
