The updated interface acts as a digital repository for home records, allowing users to store documents and service details in a single location. According to CEO Mike Davis, the goal is to bridge the gap between the company’s disparate service offerings, encouraging customers who engage with one brand to discover others within the network. This cross-pollination is intended to bolster visibility for franchise owners while simplifying the administrative burden for homeowners.

Chief Information Officer Gagan Sinha emphasized that the platform’s intelligence grows alongside the user’s history, tailoring suggestions to the specific needs of an individual residence. By automating organization and scheduling, the company hopes to reduce the friction often associated with managing home infrastructure. The application is currently available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, with account setup designed to take less than two minutes.
