Constellis Taps Finance and Tech Veterans for Executive Expansion
Constellis Holdings is reshaping its executive suite to prioritize digital transformation and scalable growth. The Herndon-based risk management firm has appointed Brent A. Pugh as Chief Financial Officer and Tarun Sondhi as Chief Growth & Technology Officer, signaling a push toward integrating advanced technology into its global security operations.
Pugh arrives with over twenty years of experience in financial leadership, having previously managed a $2 billion business as CFO and COO at Red River Technology. His background includes overseeing international training operations for CAE’s defense segment across fifty countries. At Constellis, he will focus on financial discipline and the infrastructure required to support the company’s global expansion.
Sondhi brings more than 25 years of expertise in scaling technology-driven enterprises, most recently leading cybersecurity operations for the Americas at Accenture. His mandate involves bridging business development with digital innovation, including the deployment of AI-enabled capabilities. CEO Dan Gelston noted that these appointments are central to the company’s evolution into a more integrated organization that redefines how security services are delivered in complex environments.
