JYSK and Vusion Expand Digitalization Partnership Across Europe
JYSK is doubling down on its decade-long partnership with Vusion, launching a massive infrastructure overhaul that will see the retailer migrate its entire European store network to the VusionCloud platform by 2027, covering approximately 2,500 locations across the Nordic, DACH, and Benelux regions.
The agreement marks a significant shift in JYSK’s retail strategy, focusing on the modernization of 450 existing Nordic stores and the addition of 750 new sites equipped with the latest electronic shelf label technology. This expansion involves the integration of roughly 4.2 million labels, transitioning the retailer away from legacy on-premise systems toward a centralized, cloud-native architecture.
Carsten Nørgreen Weinkouff, Executive Vice President at JYSK, noted that the move is designed to enhance scalability and operational flexibility as the company continues its European footprint growth. For Vusion, the deal underscores a broader corporate objective to migrate its global client base to cloud-based solutions, emphasizing long-term service stability. Sébastien Fourcy, SEVP EMEA at Vusion, stated that the migration will allow JYSK to standardize operations across thousands of stores while accelerating the deployment of future retail innovations.
