Klient Opens Salesforce PSA to Autonomous AI Agents

Montreal-based Klient has launched a trio of Model Context Protocol servers, enabling AI assistants like Claude, Cursor, and Copilot to execute tasks directly within Salesforce environments. By bypassing traditional copy-paste workflows, these tools allow agents to manage projects, log time, and handle administrative onboarding under existing user permissions.

For years, AI integration in Salesforce remained confined to conversational support, forcing users to manually transfer data between chat windows and the system of record. Klient is dismantling this barrier by allowing AI to act autonomously within the PSA platform. CEO Yanick Abraham noted that the company currently utilizes these same servers to manage its own internal developer and QA workflows, moving the technology beyond experimental demos into production-ready infrastructure.

The suite includes three distinct servers: MCP1 Data for project and resource management, MCP1 Admin for streamlined onboarding and diagnostics, and MCP1 Knowledge for end-to-end content publishing. These connectors operate without middleware or recurring subscription fees, carrying a flat one-time cost of $1,000 per company. Because the servers run locally against the customer’s own Salesforce organization, every action remains fully auditable within the native platform logs. Klient plans to demonstrate these capabilities at the Agentforce World Tour on June 18, showcasing real-time record manipulation under human oversight.
