Stratus Networks Taps Connectbase to Automate Fiber Sales

Stratus Networks is shifting its business communications portfolio onto Connectbase’s Seller Cloud, a move designed to digitize the discovery and procurement of its fiber-optic and Ethernet services. By automating network visibility, the telecommunications provider aims to accelerate how carriers and enterprise buyers access its service catalog in real-time.

The collaboration integrates Stratus Networks’ infrastructure into the broader Connectbase ecosystem, allowing the company to showcase offerings such as Dedicated Internet Access and SLA-backed broadband to a global network of partners. By replacing manual processes with automated serviceability checks, Stratus expects to shrink the time between initial inquiry and final order fulfillment.

Darren Feder, CEO of Stratus Networks, noted that the platform provides the agility required to remain competitive in a landscape where buyers demand instant network intelligence. For Connectbase, the partnership serves as a validation of its "Operating System for Connected Commerce" model, which seeks to standardize how connectivity is bought and sold across billions of global locations. Both companies plan to discuss the practical impact of these digital workflows during The Connected World LIVE 2026 conference in Chicago this September.
