Its proximity to a 125-acre commercial hub, anchored by major retailers like Tanger Outlets and Home Depot, positions the facility to capture significant local traffic. While operations continue during the transition, the property is undergoing a series of aesthetic and technical upgrades to align with the company's premium service standards.

Management is currently modernizing the leasing office and integrating proprietary AI-enabled surveillance systems to bolster site security. Beyond physical storage, the facility now provides complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building. Customers can manage rental agreements and calculate unit requirements directly through the company's digital portal or by contacting their support line.
