Naleid’s approach to leadership development pivots away from traditional consulting, which often relies on providing direct answers, in favor of a method rooted in inquiry. Through EPIC21—an acronym for Executive Peers In Conference, 21st Century Leadership—he facilitates environments where executives challenge their own assumptions. He frequently prompts participants to evaluate their personal standards and motivations, pushing them toward deeper self-awareness.

His current focus follows a 50-year career that includes two decades in financial services at Robert W. Baird and a global stint hosting financial radio programs. Over the last 14 years, Naleid has personally mentored more than 50 business leaders. His methodology incorporates frameworks such as Patrick Lencioni’s Six Types of Working Genius and Leo Bottary’s Peernovation, both of which inform his strategy for building resilient professional relationships.

Beyond his advisory work, Naleid is an established author, having chronicled the history of OshKosh B'Gosh in his book, Celebrating a Century as the Genuine Article. A two-time recipient of the TEC Midwest Chair of the Year award, he continues to operate from a personal philosophy of working hard and giving generously, aiming to foster honest dialogue among leaders navigating the complexities of modern business.
