Axjo Group expands U.S. footprint with new Texas manufacturing hub
A 160,600-square-foot production plant in Haltom City, Texas, is now operational, marking a significant escalation in Axjo Group's North American manufacturing capabilities. The facility allows the Swedish-founded company to localize production of large-scale cable reels to meet rising industrial demand across the United States.

The Texas expansion serves as a strategic pivot for the company, which has managed its American operations from Conover, North Carolina, since 2010. By establishing this new hub, Axjo Group aims to shorten supply chains and improve service for customers in the energy and manufacturing sectors. CEO Jacob Nilsson noted that the move reflects a need to scale production capacity while maintaining the company's commitment to circular packaging solutions.
Integrating Swedish industrial values with the American market's growth pace has been central to the firm's trajectory. The Haltom City site is specifically engineered to handle larger reel formats, a move intended to consolidate the company's influence as a sustainable packaging provider. This investment reflects a long-term commitment to the region, prioritizing resource efficiency and the reuse of materials as core components of their manufacturing DNA.
