Deliverect and 5&5 Form Alliance to Modernize Restaurant Digital Ordering
Navigating the fragmenting landscape of carryout, delivery, and drive-thru services has become the primary operational hurdle for modern restaurant chains. To address this, Deliverect is joining forces with 5&5, combining its global digital ordering infrastructure with a specialized managed services model to help brands streamline their complex tech stacks.

The collaboration aims to simplify digital operations for restaurant groups by pairing Deliverect’s technology—which currently supports over 80,000 locations—with 5&5’s hands-on implementation expertise. By integrating more than 1,000 platforms, the partnership intends to bridge the gap between high-end software capabilities and the practical, day-to-day management required to keep multi-channel ordering systems functional. 5&5 will act as an extension of internal restaurant teams, managing everything from initial platform rollouts to ongoing performance optimization and cross-functional troubleshooting.
For operators, the move addresses a critical friction point: the struggle to maintain connectivity between disparate systems like point-of-sale, loyalty programs, and third-party delivery marketplaces. Seth Burtis, Chief Operating Officer at 5&5, noted that the partnership provides the strategic guidance necessary to scale digital ecosystems without overwhelming internal staff. Don MacMillan, Head of Partnerships for North America at Deliverect, emphasized that brands no longer need to sacrifice expert deployment for top-tier software. With 5&5 having already supported over 20,000 locations and $1 billion in annual sales, the alliance targets large-scale operators looking to modernize their digital footprint.
