After seventeen years navigating the complexities of consumer behavior for firms like Mintel and NinjaTrader, Craig Kinnear is moving to Panoplai. The veteran researcher joins the enterprise platform as Vice President of Insights & Innovation, tasked with scaling the company’s digital twin and synthetic data capabilities for global brands.

Kinnear brings a track record of building research functions from the ground up, most notably guiding executive teams through high-stakes transitions, including a $1.5 billion private acquisition. His background spans retail, ecommerce, and financial services, providing a foundation for his new role where he will bridge the gap between AI-driven data and actionable business strategy.
Panoplai, founded in 2021 as Glimpse, utilizes synthetic data models that claim 90% alignment with human benchmarks. CEO Neil Dixit highlighted Kinnear’s dual expertise in rigorous research and operational scaling as a key asset for the firm’s expansion.
