Jason Kow Reclaims Full Control of Queensgate Investments
Jason Kow has finalized the acquisition of 100% of Queensgate Investments from AlTi Global, signaling a pivot toward independence for the firm. This buyout concludes a period of institutional ownership under AlTi, positioning the platform to pursue new real estate and hospitality opportunities across Europe, the United States, and the GCC.

The transition follows a series of high-profile moves, including the 2025 sale of Generator's European operations to Brookfield Asset Management for roughly EUR 800 million. That exit involved 15 properties and 9,000 beds in cities ranging from London to Rome. More recently, the firm finished restructuring a U.S. hospitality portfolio of six hotels and 1,176 keys across major hubs like New York and Los Angeles.
Alongside this acquisition, Kow has launched Halston Street, a Dubai-based family office regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority, which will manage his global strategic initiatives. Queensgate currently advises on approximately EUR 3 billion in assets and has a transaction history exceeding USD 6 billion across 14 countries. Kow noted that with the platform recapitalized and significant exits finalized, the firm is prepared to deploy capital into an increasingly attractive market cycle, maintaining a focus on complex, income-producing assets.
