The report highlights a firm-wide push toward internal responsibility, marked by the fifth consecutive year of offsetting office electricity through renewable energy certificates. Notably, female representation in leadership roles climbed to 62%, a 7% increase from the previous year. These operational shifts coincide with the company’s 25th anniversary of its employee ownership model, which now sees 87% of staff participating in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

Beyond internal metrics, the firm funneled $365,735 into community support through its Gives Back program, with specific allocations for wildfire recovery in California and flood relief in Texas. Safety remains a cornerstone of the firm's performance, as the company maintained incident and injury rates significantly below industry averages. Looking ahead to 2026, CEO Joseph J. Fluder, III, signaled plans to further integrate sustainability practices for the company's distributed workforce, aiming to standardize waste reduction and environmental engagement across all office locations.
