S&P Global Sets Third Quarter Dividend at $0.97 Per Share
S&P Global’s board of directors authorized a cash dividend of $0.97 per common share for the third quarter of 2026. The payout, which reflects an annualized rate of $3.88 per share, is scheduled for distribution on September 10 to shareholders of record as of August 26.
The announcement maintains a long-standing corporate tradition for the New York-based financial information provider. S&P Global has issued dividend payments consistently every year since 1937. Furthermore, the company remains among an elite group of fewer than 30 S&P 500 constituents that have successfully increased their dividend payouts annually for more than five decades.
