Einride Taps Financial Veteran R. Lynn Atchison for Board Seat
Following its recent Nasdaq debut, Stockholm-based freight technology firm Einride has nominated R. Lynn Atchison to its board of directors. Atchison, a seasoned executive with a track record of steering high-growth firms through IPOs and complex business model shifts, joins the company as it scales its autonomous and electric operations.
Atchison brings extensive governance experience to the table, currently holding board positions at Bumble and Q2 Holdings. Her background includes serving as CFO for HomeAway and Hoover’s, roles that saw her navigate significant cross-border acquisitions and successful exits. Founder and Executive Chairman Robert Falck emphasized that Atchison’s ability to bridge the gap between regulatory trust and public market performance is critical for the company's current trajectory.
CEO Roozbeh Charli noted that as the firm enters a period of intense scaling and fleet expansion, having an advisor who has navigated both sides of the public company equation is essential. A retired CPA and NACD Directorship Certified professional, Atchison holds a degree in accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University. Her appointment remains subject to standard shareholder and regulatory approval.
