Youlife and Thingo Technology Partner to Automate China’s Blue-Collar Workforce

The agreement focuses on three primary objectives: deploying AI agents for enterprise operations, automating recruitment workflows, and revamping vocational education. By embedding Thingo’s agent platform into its infrastructure, Youlife plans to enhance tasks ranging from invoice processing and supply-chain data verification to candidate matching and resume parsing. The companies intend to leverage WeChat ecosystem integrations and robotic process automation to create a closed-loop recruitment system.

Beyond recruitment, the partners are targeting the education sector to address the growing need for digitally skilled workers. This initiative includes the creation of AI industry colleges and the development of specialized curricula designed to teach students how to work alongside AI systems. Wang Yunlei, founder and chairman of Youlife, noted that the integration is designed to reshape rather than replace the demand for blue-collar talent, unlocking higher efficiency within the company’s network of 180 domestic branches. Thingo Technology, established in 2022 and headquartered in Hefei, brings its expertise in large language models and enterprise-grade automation to the collaboration, which currently serves more than 10,000 corporate clients globally.
