Founded in an Old Town Alexandria office on April 1, 2001, Envision Consulting is celebrating a quarter-century of operation. The managed IT provider has evolved from traditional break-fix support into a regional hub for cloud integration, remote work infrastructure, and, most recently, enterprise-grade artificial intelligence deployment.
The company’s longevity highlights the rapid transformation of the Washington, DC metro business landscape. Founder and owner Don George notes that while technical trends shift, the core requirement for reliable, accessible expertise remains constant. Having navigated the industry through the emergence of cloud computing and the transition to remote work, the firm is now focusing its resources on the integration of generative AI tools.
To support this shift, Envision introduced formal AI implementation services in 2025.
