The forum, hosted in the historic Kennedy Caucus Room, bridges the gap between legislative oversight and academic inquiry. Chaired by former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence Christopher Mellon, the session aims to move the UAP conversation into an on-the-record public setting. Legislative participants include Representative Anna Paulina Luna, who heads the House Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, alongside Representatives Tim Burchett, Eric Burlison, and Suhas Subramanyam.

Beyond the political contingent, the lineup features heavyweights from the scientific community, including Harvard’s Avi Loeb, Yale’s Carlos Eire, and former Acting NOAA Administrator Rear Admiral Timothy Gallaudet. The day-long program runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., addressing the intersection of national security, technology, and emerging evidence. While the event is free to the public on a first-come, first-served basis, the foundation warns that registration does not guarantee entry into the proceedings.
