H.E. Dr. Noura Khamis Al Ghaithi, Undersecretary of the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi, emphasized that the success of such ecosystems relies on the cross-border integration of talent and investment. Joe Panetta, President Emeritus of Biocom, noted that the memorandum of understanding will facilitate joint events and networking, helping companies find strategic partners across both regions. This alignment aims to translate scientific findings into real-world health outcomes more efficiently by leveraging the combined strengths of both markets.
