Majors Management and ResultStack Partner to Deploy AI in Fuel Retail
Knoxville-based software firm ResultStack and national fuel distributor Majors Management have formed a strategic partnership to integrate artificial intelligence into convenience store operations. The collaboration aims to apply machine learning and agentic systems to core business functions, including dynamic pricing, labor planning, and customer loyalty programs across 1,400 locations.

The partnership combines Majors Management’s operational footprint—which spans 21 states through its MAPCO brand and extensive wholesale network—with the technical infrastructure of ResultStack. By moving beyond experimental AI, the firms intend to address high-stakes, real-world challenges such as inventory management and store-level execution that define the competitive fuel distribution sector.
ResultStack CEO Ben Farmer noted that the complexity of the convenience retail environment provides an ideal testing ground for the predictive analytics and agentic systems his firm has spent years developing. Howard Hyche, CIO of Majors Management, added that the collaboration is specifically designed to eliminate long-standing industry inefficiencies through accelerated digital transformation. This alliance signals a broader push by Majors Management to modernize its retail technology stack to maintain a competitive advantage in a market where operational margins are measured in seconds.
