Life Time Expands Skincare Focus With Hydrafacial Integration

Summer heat and outdoor activity often leave skin dull, prompting LifeSpa to reframe professional skincare as a disciplined practice rather than a luxury. By applying a training mindset to dermatological health, the operator is positioning its Hydrafacial services as a core component of a broader, long-term wellness routine.

Operating within more than 150 athletic country clubs across the U.S. and Canada, LifeSpa is leveraging its two-decade history with Hydrafacial to emphasize consistency. Ali Yanez, Senior Vice President of LifeSpa at Life Time, suggests that skin health should mirror physical training, where sustained habits yield superior results over time. This approach integrates skincare into the existing wellness ecosystem of Life Time members, who already prioritize movement, nutrition, and recovery.

The service menu includes the 30-minute Signature session, the 45-minute Deluxe option featuring LED light therapy and booster serums, and the 60-minute Platinum treatment, which adds lymphatic drainage. By offering these services to both members and non-members, LifeSpa aims to shift the perception of facials from occasional treatments to proactive maintenance. The push comes as seasonal factors—including increased sun exposure, travel, and perspiration—frequently disrupt skin balance, making structured, professional care a practical necessity for active individuals.
