The transition marks a pivotal shift for the St. Louis Park-based technology firm, which has grown into a regional powerhouse since its inception in 1986. James Loffler, who has been deeply integrated into the company’s operations, will now oversee the organization’s long-term strategy and performance. He intends to maintain the firm’s foundational emphasis on customer service and internal culture while scaling operations across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, and Nebraska.

Alongside the CEO transition, the company has appointed a new executive suite to oversee critical business functions. John Hastings steps into the role of Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Operating Officer, while Brandon Norberg takes on the responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer. The leadership expansion also includes Spencer Anderson, who becomes Executive Vice President of Technology, and Angela Radtke, who joins the team as Executive Vice President of People and Culture. These appointments aim to solidify the company's financial and operational infrastructure as it seeks to integrate its managed IT services, cybersecurity, and automation solutions for a broader client base.
