For the 21st consecutive year, Roth Staffing Companies has earned a place on the Staffing Industry Analysts’ annual list of the largest staffing firms in the United States. Ranked 85th out of 214 companies, the firm continues to maintain a significant footprint in a market shifting toward complex workforce demands.
The Orange, California-based company secured its position by reporting over $100 million in annual staffing revenue for 2025. This latest recognition highlights the firm’s resilience during a period of broader economic uncertainty. According to industry data, the 214 firms featured in the report collectively generated $122.4 billion, accounting for 69% of the total U.S. staffing market.
Adam Roth, CEO of the organization, attributed the long-term success to the company's 32-year history of prioritizing internal culture and client relationships. Beyond administrative and office roles handled by Ultimate Staffing Services, the firm operates specialized lines including Ledgent Finance & Accounting, Ledgent Technology, Adams & Martin Group, and About Talent. With more than 100 locations across the country, the firm remains one of the largest privately held entities within the workforce solutions sector.
