Envision Technology Advisors Hires Microsoft Veteran Stephen Rose as CTO
After a 15-year tenure at Microsoft, Stephen Rose has joined Pawtucket-based Envision Technology Advisors as Chief Technology Officer. Rose, a former Senior Product Manager who spearheaded global IT readiness for Copilot and Modern Work, now leads Envision's strategy in cloud, artificial intelligence, and quantum computing.
CEO Todd Knapp signaled the firm’s intent to bolster its advisory capabilities by securing a leader with over 35 years of experience and a history of accolades, including the Microsoft Platinum Circle award. Rose enters the role with more than 20 technical certifications, tasked with operationalizing the company’s push into high-stakes enterprise sectors like cybersecurity and digital automation.
Rose will head the Office of the CTO, focusing on the intersection of technical readiness and community building. His arrival comes as Envision seeks to solidify its position as a primary consultant for organizations struggling to navigate increasingly complex digital landscapes. By integrating his background in large-scale product deployment, the firm aims to refine its delivery of secure, future-ready workplace solutions.
