Stephenie Goddard Joins Spear Education Board
After leading Glidewell Dental through a major digital transformation, Stephenie Goddard is bringing her two decades of experience to the board of directors at Spear Education. The Scottsdale-based provider of clinical training seeks to leverage her expertise to scale its learning pathways for dental teams and associates.
Goddard’s career includes high-level executive roles in strategy, technology, and workforce development. Her most recent tenure as CEO at Glidewell Dental focused on AI-driven production and organizational growth, providing a roadmap for Spear’s current expansion. Matthew Coggin, CEO of Spear Education, noted that Goddard’s arrival comes as the company prepares to introduce new foundational offerings, including upcoming modules in endodontics.
Beyond her new appointment, Goddard maintains board seats at the Hoag Health System and the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She emphasized the necessity of adapting to shifting patient expectations and emerging technologies within the dental sector. By integrating her background in organizational rigor with Spear’s existing clinical curriculum, the company intends to solidify its position as a primary resource for practitioners at every stage of their careers.
