Imagine Pediatrics Expands Specialized Care to Tennessee and New Jersey
Imagine Pediatrics has extended its 24/7 virtual and in-home care model into Tennessee and New Jersey, marking a significant growth phase for the group. The company now serves over 100,000 children with complex medical requirements across nine states and Washington D.C., addressing a critical gap in pediatric health services.

The expansion adds 28,000 children to the provider's network, responding to heightened demand from health plans seeking to reduce fragmented care for the 20% of U.S. children identified as having special health care needs. These patients currently account for nearly half of all pediatric spending within Medicaid and commercial insurance programs.
CEO George Boghos stated that the move aims to provide stability to families who have historically lacked access to tailored support. The company’s integrated approach combines medical, behavioral, and social care, working alongside existing providers to minimize preventable hospital admissions. Data from the firm indicates a 24% decrease in admissions per thousand within the first year of enrollment and over 5,000 avoided emergency visits. Through these value-based partnerships, Imagine Pediatrics has generated $65 million in annual savings for two major partners while maintaining a Net Promoter Score exceeding 86.
