MOCO Connectors Expands Medical and Industrial Connectivity Lineup

Shenzhen-based MOCO Connectors has released its latest range of Push Pull and M Series circular connectors, specifically engineered to mitigate connection failure in high-stakes environments. The new hardware targets medical device manufacturers and industrial automation integrators facing the dual challenge of shrinking component footprints and rigorous reliability standards.

The company’s Push Pull series features a self-latching mechanism designed for secure, one-handed operation. By locking firmly upon engagement, these connectors remain stable even when subjected to vibration or accidental tension. This design is particularly suited for surgical instruments and reconfigurable production lines where equipment downtime must be minimized. The series supports both power and signal transmission and is available in various housing materials to accommodate different environmental demands.

For industrial applications, the M Series—covering M8, M12, and M16 configurations—provides IP67-rated protection against dust and water ingress. These connectors are built to integrate sensors, actuators, and control systems within limited spatial constraints. To maintain quality standards, MOCO subjects its hardware to intensive testing, including temperature cycling and vibration analysis, with most Push Pull models certified for over 1,000 mating cycles.

MOCO manufactures these components under ISO 13485:2016 and IATF 16949 quality management systems, aligning with the stringent requirements of the healthcare and automotive sectors. CEO Eric noted that the firm’s engineering focus aims to eliminate the uncertainty often associated with connection reliability in critical operations. Standard configurations are currently available through the company's global distribution network, with custom cable assemblies offered on a lead time of 10 to 20 days.
