Max Schelkopf Joins Geographic Solutions to Lead Midwest Expansion
Max Schelkopf has stepped into the role of Business Development Executive for the Midwestern region at Geographic Solutions. Tasked with scaling the company’s workforce development platform, he will work directly with state and local agencies to modernize service delivery and improve outcomes for job seekers and employers across the region.
Schelkopf arrives from Engage by Cell, where he served as a Senior Consultant. In that role, he focused on implementing communication technologies designed to bridge the gap between case managers and clients, a background he intends to leverage while expanding Geographic Solutions’ footprint. His career spans work with agencies in over 30 states and territories, focusing on technology-driven participation and program performance.
Deane Toler, Director of Sales and Marketing at Geographic Solutions, noted that Schelkopf’s industry relationships and technical expertise make him a key addition to the regional team. The company currently supports over 1,100 American Job Centers nationwide, providing integrated software for labor exchange, unemployment insurance, and human services. This appointment signals a push to deepen the firm's presence in the Midwest as agencies face pressure to adopt more agile, results-oriented digital systems.
