Teichos Energy Secures $30 Million for Northeastern Solar Expansion
Seattle-based utility developer Teichos Energy has locked in a $30 million development line of credit to accelerate its late-stage solar portfolio. Orchestrated by ACT Capital Advisors, the financing involves Pathward as the primary lender, with BridgePeak Energy Capital providing specialized loan management services for the transaction.

The capital infusion marks a strategic milestone for Teichos Energy as it targets growth across the Northeastern United States. Managing Directors Brad Bodenman and Matt Latimer led the deal for ACT Capital, tailoring the debt structure to meet the specific requirements of the developer’s ongoing projects.
Teichos CEO Stephen Voorhees noted that the facility provides essential liquidity to advance the company’s current pipeline. Founded in 2012, Teichos draws on the expertise of a leadership team with over 25 years of industry experience, including the previous development of wind energy projects. For the financing partners, the deal underscores a continued commitment to the infrastructure sector, with BridgePeak currently managing a $4.79 billion commercial loan portfolio and Pathward expanding its footprint in specialized energy finance.
