Falcon Gold Targets C$350,000 in Private Placement
Vancouver-based Falcon Gold Corp. is moving to bolster its treasury, announcing a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to C$350,000. The explorer plans to deploy the capital to advance its mineral property portfolio in Northwestern Ontario and cover general working capital requirements.

The offering consists of 11,666,667 units priced at C$0.03 each. Every unit includes one common share and a transferable warrant, allowing the holder to purchase an additional share at C$0.05 for a period of three years. Management has indicated they may participate in the financing, a move categorized as a related party transaction. The company expects to bypass formal valuation and minority shareholder approval requirements due to the scale of the participation relative to its market capitalization.
Proceeds are earmarked for the company’s ongoing exploration work, specifically targeting its assets in Northwestern Ontario. The flagship Central Canada Gold Project remains the primary focus, situated within the prospective Quetico Fault Zone. Final completion of the placement remains subject to standard closing conditions and formal approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. All issued securities will carry a mandatory four-month statutory hold period.
