Hyperscale Data Sets 2027 Revenue Targets at $300 Million to $350 Million
Hyperscale Data, Inc. projected annual revenue between $300 million and $350 million for 2027, signaling an aggressive expansion strategy. The company anticipates an adjusted EBITDA ranging from $60 million to $80 million, driven by its diversified portfolio across AI infrastructure, robotics, and financial services.

The Las Vegas-based company plans to leverage three distinct operating platforms to hit these targets. Central to this growth is the Michigan AI data center campus, which supports high-performance computing and colocation services. Beyond physical infrastructure, the firm is banking on its lending and private credit operations, alongside its private equity arm, ACG, to anchor its financial performance.
Executive Chairman Milton "Todd" Ault III described the 2027 outlook as a potential "major inflection point" for the organization. Management intends to detail the assumptions behind these projections during a conference call today. The guidance remains contingent on several factors, including the successful commercialization of robotics operations and the stability of digital-asset markets. Notably, the company expects to divest ACG in the second quarter of 2027, a move that will reshape its operational footprint to focus primarily on data centers and high-performance computing.
