PulsePoint Unveils Hatch to Automate Healthcare Marketing Workflows
PulsePoint has introduced Hatch, an agentic AI platform designed to integrate directly into its proprietary healthcare data foundation. By enabling users to size audiences and monitor live campaign performance through natural language, the tool aims to replace fragmented analytics workflows with a single, conversational interface for healthcare marketers.

The platform represents a significant shift in PulsePoint’s technology stack, moving beyond simple chat interfaces often added to existing software. Instead, Hatch is built to reason over live data, allowing users to query specific performance metrics, such as NPI-level engagement or treatment class shifts, without manual data extraction. By connecting research, planning, and programmatic activation, the system provides transparent access to its underlying data sources, offering direct links for verification.
Ezra Suveyke, Chief Product Officer at PulsePoint, noted that the industry frequently mistakes basic chatbot integration for true AI. Hatch, by contrast, is designed to adapt to individual user preferences and reasoning capabilities. Currently moving into an alpha release following internal trials, the platform was demonstrated at the company’s HealthNEXT summit in New York. Andrew Stark, Chief Commercial Officer, stated that the tool aims to reduce operational friction, with early feedback indicating strong demand from clients looking to accelerate media and measurement tasks.
