Four Seasons Yachts Debuts Longevity Residency on Transatlantic Voyage

Between November 8 and 16, 2026, the Four Seasons I will host The Lanserhof Reset, a specialized wellness residency. Developed alongside the Austrian medical experts at Lanserhof, the program transforms the vessel’s inaugural transatlantic crossing into a floating retreat centered on diagnostics, holistic treatments, and longevity-focused lifestyle coaching.

Participants begin their journey with a private consultation at the yacht’s medical center to establish an eight-day regimen tailored to individual health goals. The program incorporates craniosacral alignment, breathwork sessions, and sound baths, alongside nutrition plans featuring the signature Energy Cuisine developed by Lanserhof. These intensive sessions aim to leverage the isolation of the open ocean to foster a complete mental and physical recalibration.

Beyond the primary residency, the yacht will integrate wellness programming across all decks for the duration of the voyage. Guests can access nutritionists, personal trainers, and holistic therapists, while the ship’s L'Oceana Spa provides additional recovery support through cryotherapy, hydrotherapy, and infrared treatments. This initiative marks a strategic shift for the brand as the Four Seasons I transitions from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean, signaling a move toward health-conscious luxury travel. Ben Trodd, CEO of Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd., noted that the collaboration seeks to capitalize on the uninterrupted time afforded by the crossing, offering a level of personalization that mirrors the brand's land-based hospitality standards.
