Rippeon Equipment Expands Maryland Footprint with Kubota Dealership Buy

The Bel Air location will undergo a rebranding to Rippeon Equipment while maintaining its current operations and address. All Roads Trucks, which shares the site, will continue to function independently. For the Rippeon family, the move bolsters a regional presence that already spans Gaithersburg, Frederick, Westminster, and Baltimore, cementing their standing as an Elite Kubota Dealer.

Pat Albero and Dan Argiro of Performance Brokerage Services served as the exclusive sell-side advisors. Albero noted that the deal carried personal weight, as the firm’s local roots in the DMV area provided a unique perspective on the legacy built by the All Roads group. The transition brings a century-old retail enterprise, which evolved from a 1917 Ford dealership into a diverse commercial services network, into a new chapter under Rippeon’s specialized equipment management.
